Great price on a hard to find Harley part that when found elsewhere, was overpriced. Even with UPS shipping, item was cheaper than all others.

My order was delayed, I should have been notified before I purchased the items, the items are going on emergency vehicles and need to be put on in a timely manner

First they messed up the order. I ordered 8, they shipped me 1. Then they shipped me the rest after I complained, and they proceeded to send me a package misspelling my name to "Wuesnater" not even remotely close to my name. A completely unprofessional company. I would recommend never buying from them. I certainly will not be.

my order was sent from a manufacturer and was not complete. I called Find it Parts and was assured the order would be corrected. At this point there is no reason to doubt that will happen.
