Leesa Purchase Experience

The ordering and delivery processes went smoothly enough overall. However, there were a few glitches. There was too much communication during the waiting period that was useless. Our order consisted of two platform beds and two mattresses. We were told that the pieces would be coming from different locations (I presume that meant different factories or warehouses). The pieces would be consolidated in one warehouse, and then we'd be contacted to establish a delivery date. We then received updates each time one of the four items moved from one step to another as it progressed toward the consolidation location. These updates were not helpful though, because the updates did not distinguish which item was being updated, nor what the move meant in terms how much longer it would be until final delivery. These updates would have been greatly useful, however, if the FedEx tracking link that was included in each update worked. Unfortunately, each of the many times we clicked on the link, we got this message: "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later." We also experienced a problem with the billing process. We received a receipt for our purchase that literally did not add up. In addition, the receipt indicated that we had been overcharged by $240. After discussing this with a Leesa rep, it was determined that the receipt had failed to display a cost item, but did include the item in the total calculation. The result was that we were not overcharged. We paid for the "White Glove" setup service. This consisted of fellows assembling the platform beds, and unpacking the mattresses and placing them on the beds. In addition, the service takes away the old mattresses. However, metal bed frames are not removed. This service went very smoothly. Overall, our experience with purchasing a Leesa bed and mattress was fine and I'd give it a 4.5. I cannot personally speak to the comfort of the Leesa bed and mattress. I purchased them for my adult children when they come to visit. However, they specifically requested these mattresses, so I think that has to be a thumbs up and five stars for the Leesa's products.

We bought our first "bed in box" mattress from Leesa. I used the mattress quiz to choose the right bed for us, and it worked! It was more affordable than traditional mattress and comfortable.

Leesa used Fedex, Fedex and Leesa hate customers!

Leesa shipped our mattress via Fedex, who dumped the mattress on our driveway. Driver didn't ring bell, despite large note on front door asking delivery drivers to RING BELL. They did not text, or call as per the agreement, or bother to haul the 110LB matress up the 15 stairs for my 73 year old wife. That's Leesa/Fedex for you. Maybe next time they'll leave a note saying "Free Mattress".

Leesa small double mattress very disappointing after only a year.

Bought a Leesa small double mattress August 2018 and for the first year it was fine, however, then started sagging in middle, became unusable, very disappointing, not worth the money at all as not good quality for bad backs.

I am very happy with my purchase of my LEESA bed. I absolutely love this mattress! It has provided the firm support that i was looking for and dreaming of. I had no issues or concerns with customer service, actually to the contrary my experience was very positive. Polite and friendly staff. I will definitely buy again!

Expensive junk!

I have slept on their king hybrid for 35 nights now and hate it! I wake up with a sore back and neck. Since I am well within the 100 night return window, I thought I could return it with no issues- WRONG!!!! Initially, they sent an email stating that someone would respond to my concerns. Then, I got a second email from a customer representative asking what my problem is, what type of foundation the mattress is on and what I have on top of the mattress. I answered all their stupid questions and haven’t heard back since. I have filed a complaint with BBB, left multiple complaints on their Facebook page and sent multiple emails and nothing. This mattress feels crappy and is too firm for me. It’s like sleeping on a board with a tiny bit of cushion. I will NEVER recommend them and have learned a valuable lesson- never buy a mattress without testing it out first. Now I am stuck with an overpriced piece of junk. Think twice before buying any of their products. It seems like some people have good experiences with this company, but if you aren’t as lucky, you will have many sleepless nights!
