Everything is great with your first set of impressions but the second box wont come then they will charge your card the full balance when the second box is due but no second box!
Questionable company
Terrible customer service, wait times and talking to a different person each time. Poor product quality and manufacturing, rigged aligner edges that need to be filed down. Overall did not instill a lot of trust as a company. I am under the impreasion that an AI program is making treatment plans rather than an orthodontist.

My Byte experience was a 10/10. The process was mildly quick, of course the wait was the only thing. I had such a good overall time with the Byte instructor Amber. She was so very helpful and easy going through the whole process. I would definitely choose Byte again in the future and also recommend to anyone.

What a scam
What a scam. If I could give zero stars I would. They hound you for the money and the second you pay you cannot get in touch. I have not, nor will I approve my treatment plan. If they couldn’t fix anything they could have simply told me to take my business elsewhere. I have reached out over ten times to speak to someone as they claim “someone will call you back in 24 hours”…. Nothing. They got my money and then I saw the treatment plan and do mot want to proceed but they refuse to answer anything. What an absolute disappointment. I’ll be letting everyone I know made aware of what a joke this company is. BBB has also been made aware and if you don’t believe me check those comments too because there’s a lot of similar ones there. I wish I would’ve read those prior to purchasing.

The process was easy.
I purchased my Byte kit on October 10
I purchased my Byte kit on October 10, 2024. It’s October 30, 2024 The money has been withdrawn from my account. I still have not received my kit. Customer service reps have not returned my phone call.
I’m still waiting for my order, but here’s my review so far.
Not gonna lie I thought bite was gonna be like a quick experience, but it really wasn’t for me cause once I paid for my liners talking to bite support they made it seem like all I had to do was get my impressions and pay for it, but I did not know that I needed an x-ray and some other things which prolonged my treatment and I have yet to still receive my treatment, but I’m still waiting patiently, but that was just very annoying because I feel like they should have. Let me know before I paid for my treatment that I needed all the extra x-rays
The communication is just really bad.
The communication is just bad.. I even tried to send message to the IG of byte to get resolution but the IG page blocked me. Please be better with communication.
