Great personalized experience!

The whole experience so far has been very personalized. I liked how I was texted by an actual person and felt like I had an immediate contact if I had any questions or concerns.

Bad service experience…

My post purchase experience was annoying. Once my treatment plan was proposed and my impressions were approved, I was getting a good bit of texts to push for purchasing. Once I took my time and did it at my own pace that was fine. What annoys me to no end is the fact that I was given financing options and applied for a Carecredit account which impacts my credit. And then after I was told purchase was complete I got a text out of no where from someone telling me that my case was “too complex.” First of all - that should have been determined BEFORE having me get to the point where I open a new credit account which has an irreversible impact. She then tells me with no explanation that she’ll send it for a second opinion. That should have been done before you even contacted the customer and confused them!!!!!!!!!!! Out of the blue, I am sitting here thinking that i was waiting to hear back after the second opinion and then got an email saying my aligners shipped. What??? So then I had to email her and ask her what was up, because byte apparently didn’t think it was important to communicate and close the loop with the customer and let me know there wasn’t a problem any more. Before stressing me out, calling my teeth complex, and pushing me to open a credit account asap to complete the sale, BYTE SHOULD HAVE HAD ALL THE APPROVALS IN PLACE. And this should not have involved me after the fact and after it was too late. If I hadn’t opened the care credit account I would have backed out and never recommended byte to any one.

I asked the guy not to text me because they were multiple and annoying while I was at work but I continued to get text messages. It made me annoyed enough to not want to continue with purchase

I’m about half-way through my treatment…

I’m about half-way through my treatment plan and LOVING my results. I’m an adult who didn’t heed my orthodontist’s warnings about the need to wear my retainer back when I was a teen … so here we are. There was NO way I’d go back through my experience with traditional braces again, so I’m very glad for Byte. They also saved me over $1k compared to the other clear aligner provider.
