I submitted my impressions and payment but have yet to receive any aligners 60 days later. Having to submit full payment before receiving anything should have been a major red flag but the reviews seemed mostly positive and the impression kit seemed very professional. So disappointed.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Full on bait and switch. After I had paid for the recommended treatment plan I was told they could not actually do my bottom aligners. Not thrilled!

I have JUST sent back my impression kit, so I cannot speak for the rest of the treatment experience. However, Byte makes it super simple to do yourself. Nothing was confusing at all. Any questions you have, they make sure to be there to answer them. Jeanelle has walked me through the first few steps of this treatment beautifully and has kept me updated with my impression kit process. i highly recommend it based on the experience thus far.
