Poor communication once transaction processed
Wasn’t satisfied with my 3d scan of my results after my aligners were to be finished. I chose Byte to fix the one gap I had in my front teeth. The aligners show me to have 2 separate gaps. I reached out hoping this could be corrected before the aligners were made but suddenly I wasn’t able to get a response from anyone I contacted via email, text, chat support.

Customer service/communication needs work
Well I ordered my aligners August 5th, they didn't not come on schedule, after 7 weeks of not hearing anything from byte, and multiple times reaching out with no response, I finally made a claim with the better business bureau, I finally received a response. It shouldn't be that hard to get ahold of you guys.
