I wrote in 3 times I finally got a response because I said I wanted to cancel my plan because I didn’t feel comfortable anymore after reading more reviews. The aligners hadn’t shipped yet but I was told no. Customer service was horrible with timing. Its crazy because I had no problems getting responses when it was time to fit myself for the aligners. I was getting texts back immediately some times. So now im stuck paying for something I don’t want and weren’t given any options to even ease the situation

I wasnt sure what exactly byte was so i bought the kit thinking it was just general liners anyone can use. I was wrong and can admit that was stupid of me, however i figured out i was wrong within an hour of my purchase and wanted a refund. My order hasnt been shipped during that time and contacted customer support, they said they cant do anything since its already been shipped. I dont know it just seems like a weird policy especially that it hasnt been a full 24 hours let alone 5 hours when i bought it. Its also very strange to me that you have to buy the kit before actually seeing or reading exactly it is or what it does. So i wasted money.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Byte ultimately left me with a crooked smile-Blamed me and told me if i wanted to fix it i had to pay roughly another 800. after trying to work with bite for two years-While they jerked me around on the phone and through email. They also managed to mess up my credit-Zero fault of my own. They claimed zero responsibility and after two years, left me with a crooked smile and a messed up credit score-After taking 4k+ of the money i worked hard for. Absolute disgrace.
