Complete dissatisfaction
Wish I could choose negative stars. Such a scam. CANNOT get any response from email, texts, their chat bots, or via phone. NO one is ever available. Sadly they charged care credit and I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO SHOW FOR. Conveniently they do not respond to anything but when I inquired on how to cancel because of complete dissatisfaction they immediately respond and say you will be charged regardless. I’m so confused n how this comp has good reviews!?

Scam artists
Scam artists. They put through an order without giving me the full details, they completed a credit check on my behalf without my consent, they then proceeded to electronically sign a contract with my name for a finance company again without informing me. I called the finance company who said this was a big issue and completely illegal. I contacted byte through multiple channels once I was made aware of this and attempted to cancel my order, was given absolutely 0 help, management were unable to contact me for 24-48 hours - never happened. The annoying rep who was literally texting me 3 times a day to complete the sale went radio silent but apparently after I communicated that I would be reporting the company and indeed her to the FTC she suddenly reappeared. She then said a refund was requested - again this was a lie and never happened. Her number was then disconnected and I only had the option to speak with a virtual assistant. I was told time and time again and I confirmed that the cost per month was due to be $82, I made sure to ask if there were any taxes or other charges to which the reply was no. Then I get an email from this financing company that I never signed up for to say I had a monthly cost of $96 so again this was complete bulls**t. Avoid Gabriella as a rep AT ALL COSTS!!

If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Horrible service and I’ve never even been able to talk to a live person not even once. I’m currently making payment on an order I still haven’t received. I set the account sent over all my dental info back in April and it’s now the middle of September and I don’t have anything.
A little concerned...
I'm pleased that I was able to use money from my medical spending account to help fund the aligners. I don't like the idea that I had to take out a loan to pay the remaining balance. I would have preferred to make monthly payments directly to Byte. The interest is almost as bad as paying double for the aligners.
