The tiles look stunning, just what we want for our kitchen. Heavy, sturdy product with a beautiful matt finish. Have not yet installed them so can't say anymore than that but look forward to seeing the finished product. Delivery was quicker than expected and customer service was great at making it a smooth experience.

Really impressed at how quick the delivery was. I ordered on a Thursday and they arrived Tuesday morning and that was to Northern Ireland. Very pleased, beautiful tiles, just what I was looking for.

As per the norm, the samples are quite small, so I called James up to see if he could help me. First of all, he remembered my name based on the samples I ordered. What an amazing feat considering I am just one of the many customers he has! This just shows how James is taking his business to heart. Secondly, to give me an idea of what the tiles looked like as whole, he took a video of a few big samples of tiles laid on the floor and sent it to me. Not many shops will give this level of service.
