Easy, straight forward ordering, extremely quick delivery and all as advertised!

Boutique Stone is definitely one of the best companies we have dealt so far. The first time we ordered a few samples, we paid for 4 but we only received 1. After calling them, I had other 4 tiles delivered to my door the day after. 1 more than expected and a hand written letter to apology for the inconvenience. The second time we ordered all the tiles we needed for our bathroom. James has been extremely helpful as we expected them on Wednesday but we really needed these by Tuesday. At 1 p.m today (Monday) our tiles have been successfully delivered. Not only James found a way to have them delivered earlier, but even 2 days earlier which is more than we expected. Such kindness must be an example for everyone. I call this Level 4 service for Customer Services which is the top one. Well done guys. Keep the work up. I wish you all the best.

We've had great service from James at Boutique Stone, he went above and beyond to find the right stone for our renovation and really helped at every stage of the process. The quality of the tiles are brilliant, samples came in no time. The service is quick and can’t fault it. Love the terrazzo tiles we ordered so much, I’m already trying to find more places for it so I can buy more! Can’t wait to watch this local company grow.

Bought some beautiful Terrazzo tiles and looking forward to the end result. Everything from reviewing samples, design consultation and delivery was brilliant.

Boutique Stone are an excellent company to deal with. The samples arrived the next day, the ordering process was simple, and they stored the tiles until we were ready for them to be delivered on the day of our choice. Our large project has not been the most straightforward. Some companies would not have helped once delivery was complete, but James was willing to advise to help us progress. He even filmed videos for us to show our workmen. Truly excellent customer service and we are looking forward to completion of a beautiful ivory travertine floor throughout 4 areas of our home.

I could not speak highly enough of this company. From initial talks about ordering tiles to delivery they have been fantastic. James was incredibly informative and the attention to customer service is the best I have experienced. The limestone tiles I ordered arrived within 2 days and were packed with care.
