Excellent service from Boutique Stone, we very lucky to be the winners of a competition that they ran! They liaised with us on our requirements creating mood boards to help us visualise how different colour & stone/tile schemes would look in our bathroom, the team are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to queries! Once we made our decision on the stone flooring & tiles, delivery was quick with great communication on our delivery!

I have just ordered some tiles and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I was sent samples by next day delivery and when I wasn’t sure what I wanted I was couriered samples ( same day) in order that my deadline be met. From Leeds to Hertfordshire. I would highly recommend this extremely professional, friendly company. I have never been so impressed with this level of service. 5 star without hesitation !

Boutique Stone were incredible. I had left time a little tight to get the floor tiles for my new bathroom, and my contractor gave me a tight timeframe for my tiles to arrive! I contacted Boutique Stone to explain my worries after I had placed my order and James got back to me and assured me they would arrive quickly. The tiles turned up two days later! And they are absolutely beautiful. Stunning. Amazing company and worth every single penny.
