I place an order over the phone with a employee to make sure everything was in stock for some tires and a bell for my bike. I was told that both items were in stock and would arrive within a week from my purchase. I was sent an e-mail 30 minutes later that stated the bell was back ordered and how I wanted to handle this issue no real big deal. The main item I wanted were the tires and they blew that part as well It took almost 3-weeks before I received them and the only reason they arrived then was they sent them second day air . Someone dropped the ball on the order it was a bad experience with this order sorry

The completely wrong item was shipped to me. I emailed web services over two weeks ago about getting the proper item, and no progress has been made. I asked for a refund last week and have gotten no response.

I don't typically order from sources that do not order free shipping and returns. The process was smooth enough but costly in both time and money to return and exchange for the proper size.

What a bargain for a great bike!

I live in Michigan and somehow found their website when looking for something ski related. Since then, I have ordered everything from them for my whole family. I have called them on the phone, they are so knowledgeable and more than happy to spend time with you to make sure you find the best thing for your needs. At times I have ordered several (jackets for example) and I just send back what doesn't work. The items I order are to my door within a few days and shipping back is extremely easy. Furthermore, their prices are very fair, competitive and most of the time they are the best deal!
