Happy with the experience. Only down side, they scratched my bars up pretty good sliding the clamp on. Not a huge deal.

This was great. I bought snowboard bindings from Erik's even though I was all the way in Denver. They were discounted that matched other websites and they had my size in stock. 4 stars because shipping was expensive - almost $20 was the cheapest option.

I had ordered a snowboarding jacket from the website. When it came it was a little too big for me so I sent it back. Weeks went by and I hadn't received my money back. I called customer service a handfull of time, leaving two messages with along with my number to call back. No one ever called. I was finally able to reach customer service and talk to someone who was actually helpfull and able to process my money back. I had also ordered the same jacket in a smaller size and now when this new one came it was the same size as the previous one I had ordered! Frustrating! The represntitve said he would gladly send me an email with a free packing slip to send back the jacket. No email!! This is by far the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. Will not be shopping here anymore!
