For a spoke repair and true of wheel had to return to shop 4 times and pay twice from their inefficient first repair. Depends on the technician and customer representative. My review has nothing to do with rudeness just simply on inefficient repair.

Ordered a pair of bike shorts, no problems, would buy from them again. I guess there was an issue with processing the order the same day, but only because they sent me a heads-up email letting me know. I appreciated that, and still received the package on time.

I ordered a children's bike seat after attempting to order the same item from REI twice. Those orders arrived missing critical pieces, so I advised Eriks bike shop of that when I ordered. The package from Eriks arrived intact with extra reinforcing cardboard and tape, and I was very happy with the purchase.

I had a great experience buying snow gear for my son. Great prices, easy processing. If I had to offer one piece of constructive criticism it would be that shipping was a little pricey. It looks like the weight estimate for one child's jacket and one child's snow pant was around 6 lbs, which seems a little conservative (the box was small too, so I dont think it was a dimensional weight thing). That really is a nit that I'm picking, though as the rest of the order went so well that I will gladly be back.
