My Specialized women's bike shoes were ready for shipping the morning after ordering. I had them in my possession four days later. The product was perfect. Right model, right size. I will not hesitate to use Erik's again!

Good selection good pricing, prompt service/delivery, my only beef is shipping seemed a little high to me, but in the end, I was willing to pay it as I was replacing a Yakima rack to ensure it matched what I had, that I unfortunately drove into the garage with a bike on it (DOH). I book marked these guys for future reference/use!

Erik's Is great! Very fair price for the Specialized Saddle. And reasonably fast delivery. The seat fits me quite well but that's an individual thing for sure.

The assistant mgr. Was very courteous and answered all my questions. A salesperson was ok, but I felt like I was more of a bother. They got me what I needed though and were generally friendly. I will return to the store. The mailorder was great! My seat arrived before I expected. It is perfect.
