Graeme the store manager was great to work with. I bought several items thru the website and they were shipped to me via USPS. Of course the USPS fouled it up and the tracking info given to me by Erik's revealed that the USPS was returning the package due to insufficient address. Turns out, after talking to Graeme on the phone and he forwarded me a scanned copy of the shipping label everything was correct. So I was able to run down to my US Post Office and I met the fellow who scanned the item in and rejected it. I showed him the shipping label and he realized his mistake, then luckly found my package before it was sent back to Erik's. Poor attention to details by our expensive tax payer assisted USPS. Bike shoes arrived in 6 days after Order. The bike helmet I ordered at the same time still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. They were very nice and apologized and said it was left on the shelf???.... allegedly it has been shipped. I don't mind waiting 4-5 days for my in stock order to arrive but in this Amazonian world we live in...either step it up or your lights will be off soon.
