Ordered a red bike got a yellow one. Not a big deal to me, (the dad) but a big deal to my son. Upon calling we were served with a response quickly and courteously and with an explication, that the computers weren't showing the correct inventory... Ok, I get it. To the kid though, not so much. This happens all the time and I appreciate the courtesy from Erik's but this review asks for honesty. So, "booooo!" To computers that can't maintain correct inventory controls!

The Thule bike rack I purchased was not new but used (most likely a floor model), had missing parts and scratches, and was not shipped in its original retail box. Product page marketed as a new item.
