We are regular customers of 123flights and always start here. Then see if the offer can be bettered but inevitably end up with 123flights. A good and efficient service. After I posted my review, I read the others and cannot imagine that we were talking of the same company! Our many many reservations over the years have always been trouble free, including one after sales mistake which was my fault, but 123flights rectified it at no cost. They didn't have to !

Professional and helpful

Excellent service from start to finish. I was a little unsure at first however Jade is extremely efficient & professional & found me an unbeatable great fare & was reassuring all the way. Later Neil & Calvin got involved & I received the exact same excellent service from them both. Following the transfer of funds I had thought the service would change but no they kept in touch with me until they confirmed clear funds in their account and my e-tickets promptly emailed to me while I was on the phone. We will definitely recommend to all my friends & will not hesitate to use them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
