Problème à la livraison, e-mail envoyé au service client. Toujours aucune réponse 8 jours après. J’ai dû appeler UPS plusieurs fois et me débrouiller pour retrouver mon colis soi-disant livré chez moi. Aucun support de chez Eva Solo.

Eva Solo have a range of pots and pans with wooden handles. The handles are removeable and one would assume designed to be replaced. However, Eva Solo will not replace the handle when after a year or so it has rotten at the point where it attaches the pan. Water gets into this part of the pan and there is no way you can dry it. After time it rots, becomes loose and then becomes unsafe to use. Eva Solo refuse to replace this part, regardless of the design allowing it to be removed. A cynical move to make you discard the pan and buy another.

Très contente des produits achetés. Il serait important de prévenir le client de la date de livraison car nous n’avons reçu aucune information concernant celle-ci. Ce n’est pas très pratique
