La experiencia de carga es buena tendrían 5 estrellas si los cargadores se activarán con tarjeta de crédito y no con app

Every time I use the chargers in Exeter or Topsham they either say my EV has cancelled the charge or stop after half an hour or so. This time Wen took 2x£50 from me (as I couldn't get the app to work so needed to use my card) and took me over my overdraft limit. I am not using the chargers any more which is really disappointing as I don't have a charge point at home so always charge on my way to and from work. Wenea are loosing about £20 a week as I am not using them.

Rubbish. Refuse to use these anymore. Take your money then car don't charge. 3 attempts later 180 pound into pending. Which then took 6 days to right itself in my bank and still had to phone customer service to start and finish charge. Won't use again.

It works every time which is always a plus and since the extra points have been installed its creates more choice.
