He llevado a cabo la instalación del cargador para hogar con Wenea y todo el proceso ha sido impecable. En menos de dos semanas lo tenía instalado en mi garaje comunitario en Madrid.

I have been charged 25£ x 2 so £50 in total. It took the 25£ deposit the first time and could not charge the car so I tried again what a mistake. I’m £50 down and still no refund. I will not use them again. Disappointing compared to Scottish power and others. Stay away.

Every time I use one of their charge points it stops charging after about 10 minutes. I’ve reported the issue many times but it never gets resolved. Occasionally one of their chargers in the city will work properly, but most of the time I return to my car and it’s only been charged a few percent.

Suele funcionar bien

los cargadores, especialmente en épocas de frio y calor, no proporcionan NUNCA la velocidad estimada, pasando de prometer 200KW/h a 50KW/h. Cuando he llamado para preguntar, se me indica que el problema es mi coche de muy malas formas. Experiencia muy desagradable, además de no parecerme correcto que cobren por un servicio que no ofrecen. Bajen al menos el precio por el tiempo que nos hacen perder y por el servicio que no ofrecen

En general no he tenido problemas salvo en un punto de recarga en Ribadesella con un BYD SEAL que no me reconoció el coche

Easy to use, great availability and brilliant price - its a shame the cable I use will only charge at 11kw and not 22kw.
