Excellent service, very professional

I paid them for months never got any updates other than when my payment didn’t post they never did anything to help my situation. Once I negotiated my own issues with the IRS and canceled the service they started threatening to sue me and that was more contact then I had the entire year or more I was paying them . I truly believe that customer service is something of the past anymore, we are just numbers in companies like these , there’s no personal attention after the sales pitch .
