I hired Taxrise to help with my tax debt. My business went under in 2021 due to Covid and I was struggling to make payments to the IRS. Ive paid 1500 and am on a payment plan to pay taxrise the rest, another 1500. They didn't do a thing to help with my tax dept. They put me on a plan paying $595 a month!! I didn't know that would be my payment and was never explained why so high. Now I'm worse off than I was.

I Hired them to help with our IRS back taxes. They told us we qualified for the IRS fresh start program. We paid then 8K. A month after we paid them, both my wife & I got garnishment notice from our employers. We sent them to tax rise & was told they would take care of it. Is 2023, October-December we were garnished, tax rise did nothing. In January, my wife's total went from [ garnishment} $500 a check to all but $500 a check. This year, we have had over $50,000 garnished from us and they say the same thing from day 1 "we are aware and are working on it.

My experience working with Taxrise has been great! The reps I have spoken with were very friendly and willing to assist me through the entire process. Taxrise also kept me informed about the process status.

My husband and I have a 8-10 calls from tax rise and they never fix the information right. We sign and sign and resign everything and until this las email I think is ready we hope this is our first time with this company and we been waiting for them before this emails a lot a time for a return phone call. Please manager or supervisor give your employees more information on your training or more time and more knowledge on how to handle different customers matters. Please. Because in this country this is one of the more important things for the economy and government and definitely for us. This Wednesday my husband talk with a Lady and she said finally everything will be okay. I want to believe but my husband doesn’t believe yet and I pray everything goes well this last time. We are at the halfway mark of the process. For now, I'm not disappointed. We'll soon see.

I submitted my information in approximately 2019. I gathered additional info as needed. I received an email saying my case was in final review. In 2023 I find out nothing was submitted or paid. The 2nd case manager I had dodged my phone calls and continued to send what appears to me requests for the same information I already submitted! Before I could collect the info, my case was closed. In short, Tax Rise took a hefty sum and essentially did nothing to resolve my case. Don't use them!

So far my experience with this company has been very hands-on, efficient and doing well with keeping me in the know, I would give a different review once I have a better outcome to my I.R.S./Tax situation as it becomes resolved.
