Terrible experience, expensive and a waste. They didn’t do anything that I couldn’t have done myself. Do not use this company.

Extremely poor execution of the tax process. Documents were lost, communication on next steps was lacking and I was handed off to 4 different case managers. I was promised a certain resolution and it never happened.

My questions were handled promptly and then I was informed about the status of my case and told that a resolution expert would be in touch. Handled professionally and quickly.

This company haven't not done anything to help my case, every time I called, it was always something different with my case. The only thing they were concerned about is collecting money of 2500.00, which I've paid more then half of that just for them to promise to work towards getting my balance reduced being that my income is limited. The last person I spoke to clearly told me that the IRS is still going to get the money that's owed. I stated to him that if that's the case why am I paying y'all for a service/ people that's not working for me, but is continuing to collect money from me. This company is a whole joke and I wouldn't refer them to anyone. If someone is having this kind of problem, please go elsewhere do not use this company,they are scamming people and refuse to give me back my money. After I called several times and I also requested documents stating what they have sent to the IRS and they want present it. They keep lying about sending it to me and it's really sad to take people's money and lie to them about a service they never intended on providing to a person smdh.

Was not really please with taxrise. Did not feel it was helpful because it would have taken six plus years also it was guarantee. I don't want and problems with the IRS or State never had to deal with this situation ever before I needed insurance but based on up front fees and additional fees and 72 months was not helpful to me it add up almost the same or more and possible many paperwork could be required. As an senior citizen I needed something more simple to much cause me anxiety.

I was a victim of a scam in 2022. I lost over $400K in the process. I owed taxes and got a notice from the IRS in Dec demanding $84K. Hunter VanderZwaag was extremely efficient and reassuring. He let me know that I was not the only one finding themselves in dire tax situations. He walked me through every step and never made me feel devalued! He got me through this disaster! I thank God for his help! Taxrise was wonderful!!

The representative was kind and resolved my issue with automated texts and checked that nothing more was needed in the portal and she even deleted the unnecessary items so that I don’t receive this text again asking for more documents.
