This is one of those scam companies that doesn't actually provide any service. After initially engaging them for tax relief services I immediately saw the scam, that they don't actually provide any service at all! They'll talk early on about what they can settle or get you into for a monthly payment but then no execution on that plan (just taking your money).

Hunter took the time to listen as to how I got to where I am, offered up possible solutions, explained each process that was coming up thoroughly and was overall professional. I have spoken with other companies and the experience with them was a being talked at versus a talked to/with.

I spoke with Michael Ash on 4/2/24. Not only was he very knowledgeable he was committed to confirming and verifying the information he provided me. He put me on a very brief hold and confirmed with his direct manager. Michael was very nice, easy to talk to, easy to understand. Very proficient and professional experience.

Michael Ash did a great job helping me get the answers I needed. He also put in contact with other representative to give assistance.

Tax rise was able to eliminate interest on my past taxes and come up with a solution for repayment. Because of tax rise I'm stress free!

He was just fine I got to work hold of somebody right away getting things taken care of

immediate, clear and appropriate response.

After talking to Taxrise I paid 500.00 for information that I already knew then they told me they would have to charge me 9000.00 to help with my case. I signed but after thinking I called the same day to cancel because this is robbery. I also asked for my 500.00 back which they refuse and I will still be fighting for this money to get back. They are scam artist and frauds stay away! You’re better off calling the IRS yourself. I will still continue to fight to get my money back because they didn’t really invest nothing that I didn’t know. If I could give this company a 0 I would. They also kept trying to pursuit me to stay when I clearly stated I wasn’t interested, very unprofessional
