what they did for me I could of done myself, I was paying a lesser installment and now I'm paying more, the money they got from me was almost 5,000 and I still owe IRS and nothing resolved, the only thing resolved is that I'm paying IRS more and I'm out of all that money that I over drafted my account to pay them, my understanding was I wasn't going to owe the IRS, I ask them several times they kept saying that and now I'm struggling more now than I did before I called them, I advise you to seek another tax agency, I feel robbed, I'm going to see if I can get some of my money back or all of it because I just don't understand, I'm really hurt, good luck, I hope you have better luck than me, I'm going to seek help because this was just wrong, they took advantage of me and they no it, its started on the 18 of Sept. and Feb. 2024 they called me saying they got good news, really, that it was resolved and I will be getting a letter of the installment plan from them and the IRS and they will be revoking they're Power of Attorney with the IRS, whatever that means.
