DO NOT USE! SCAM! I am currently working hard to get my money back after being lied to and told false information. As time goes on the truth of their operation is unfolding. I was told no interest payments to the IRS which is false and I was refunded $570 for that lie. Now I am fighting for a full refund after being given a fraud installment agreement that the IRS themselves do not have in their system. I am still at risk for levy of my bank/wages because they did not include a critical year in my installment agreement. I have had to do more work to try and get information than they have done all together. And they happily closed my case with all this still going on and of course are taking my $2,700 with no return phone calls. What a nightmare. Don’t use them unless you like throwing your money away and dealing with endless “we will return your call in 48-72 hours” responses to everything.
