I’ve bought a couple of wigs. Thrilled with them, prompt service, and great price!

They are really attractive and fun. Went on a family trip…everyone wanted them! So, I reordered since mine are gone!

Don't pay attention to all the positive reviews, they are most likely created by the wigyy staff. I ordered multiple wigs from them and NONE of them looked like the web presentation. The return policies on their site is a complete LIE. You can't return your order unless you ship it back to china. They will try to negotiate with you. Order at your own risk!

Customer service is number 1! In ordering, I am excited with anticipation! This is because with each time I purchased an item, I knew that it would arrive looking just like the picture!

Some of the curls on my curly hair piece straightened out after just one wearing. I contacted Customer Service and they gave me absolutely no help on how to recurl it. Don't waste your money on one of these!

Wig received may have fitted a child's head. Colour nothing like in the picture. Nearly 3 times darker than advertised And. no way could it be styled like the pic. . Waste of money!!!

Waste of time and money. Fraudulent company with no scruples! Nobody will ever receive a 100% return unless they send the product back to China. This is a costly alternative which nobody in their right mind would choose to do. Customer service representatives, yes, there were many, would only offer a refund in percentage increments until I told them I would not be relenting. It was only then that I received an 80% refund and got to keep the hair piece which my dog even turned his nose up at playing with. The product arrived torn with broken clips and was certainly not reminiscent of the colour or style ordered. Stay away.

They use photos stolen from reputable influencers and wig company reps. The product shown is real but that real product costs hundreds of dollars not $50. That’s not the product you’re actually buying.
