You would not believe what they sent me! The "wig" looks like they shaved an old dog and glued the shavings to elastic! It is beyond hideous and not at all what I thought I was ordering! Save your money and time and don't buy from these Chinese scammers! They will not give you a refund for any reason. Very bad company!

In August, I made the mistake of ordering from Wigyy and received my products weeks later. Upon opening them, it was clear that the color of the two hairpieces I ordered didn’t match my hair at all. I began the frustrating process of trying to return them, only to be harassed by customer service. Initially, they offered me a 10% discount and a 20% coupon if I kept the products. I declined, and their second offer was a 20% refund and a 20% coupon. If I had wanted to keep the products, I would have accepted these offers, but I simply want my full refund of $62.97. Eventually, I had to contact my credit card company to resolve the issue. For anyone else struggling to get a response from them, I recommend trying this route. I would never recommend this company—they are unprofessional, and I hope people are aware of how terrible they are.

They send wrong color, pretend not to know my order and will not honor their contract for a return.

I finally found the colour wig with a bang that I’ve wanted for a long time. I hope it won’t disappoint me!

I did receive item in a timely fashion. I've been a regular wig wearer for 15 years. This wig did NOT meet the photos. It was huge (even when adjusting back straps) No amount of shaking or attempted styling would remedy the flatness and weirdest cut ever. Sorry but won't try this business again.

Order my wig and they said that shipping is 1 to 5 business days. Still waiting! It's been 24 days and still no shipping. I've tried 7 times through Email and all I get is a run around.

The hat wig came just as described. It fits my head perfectly.

A product sent to me didn't work as the claw clip didn't open enough to grasp a good amount of hair. They let me choose another clip, which I did and asked them to check to make sure it opened enough to grasp enough hair. They did just that and I'm very happy with the replacement.

The item was not a color match, and was very fake looking, nothing like the picture. If you want to return it it has to be sent to CHINA, and they tell you shipping is expensive, so "will you accept 20% return, and keep item." When I said no, they offered 30%. This is such bad business. Keeping the item means nothing. It didn't work!!
