The color is so not as advertised. Light honey blond is med brown. Offering discount but what good is that if it's wrong color. PayPal resolution center dealing with them . BAD COMPANY. BEWARE

After many emails back and forth trying to return the wig I bought they tell me they don’t have return labels and that I need to use the address in China to return wig for refund. Well the cost to return wig was more than what I paid so unfortunately I will just have to eat this loss!!!

Do not buy anything from this website, it is scam web. I placed order more than 30 days ago, got nothing. asked several times, they answered same: waiting 7-15 days.

You won't get the same item as they advertise. They only refund you 30% if you are asking for a refund.

Wiggy had an ad on Facebook and I saw a hairpiece I wanted to buy. Facebook had my credit card stored and I purchased the item. Wiggy charged my credit card, but never sent me a confirmation of the product I ordered. The charge appeared on my credit card and wiggy acknowledged, they had no record of my order. However, they will not refund my money. I don’t know what the order number is and I don’t have a confirmation to give them. I I thought that since wiggy was on Facebook, they had some credibility but I can’t get my money back and no product just send me. Looks like I’ll have to file a complaint with my bank. Update: my credit cards says Wiggy received my Money. A product came in the mail today from someone in Grapevine, Texas. There is a name on the label but no receipt or return information. I’m confused unless wiggy is using an individual who is working out of their home to mail their products.. This was purchased on Facebook with all of wiggy’s advertisements and wigs representing themselves as wiggy. I would like to return this item because it’s not my color. Maybe wiggy can solve this mystery.

The Wig so small , asking for return ,but no response. Asking PayPal for dispute, but PayPal choose the case in seller favor. 😭

Horrible, did not like the wig and they will not give refund for 100%, to return it is a China address which you can not return it to or it cost more than the wig. The only will give 35%, Will never purchase here!!! If you do, plan only keeping and no money back at 100% Hopefully I will get the 35% Plan on filing complaint with Paypal too.
