After seeing this product advertised on TV ( I am not usually a sucker for this kind of endorsements) but I do believe in natural products as possible. The bee venom sounded an interesting concept to me. I know from previous research that if the skin is mildly irritated then the body works harder to repair it. I ordered at nearly £100 (add delivery) a tub the Bee Venom Mask 60ml. Firstly it is a nice cream feels on par with Charlotte Tilbury or even a much lower end of the market cream. I did not feel any tingly! I was expecting to as that is what I thought the whole purpose was. I emailed to ask what the Venom Bee sting ingredient was in the cream. The answer came back as ABEETOXIN. Although I see the advertising Abeetoxin on the tub it is nowhere on the list of ingredients. I wrote to them again to ask why this is as the list of ingredients should be listed in descending order of predominance - the ingredients present at the highest percentage is listed first. The Abeetoxin is not even in the ingredient list. It did take 5 days for the first reply so I advised I would give them sometime to respond before I wrote my review.It has now been 12 days and no reply to my simple question. I have been using the product over 3 weeks now daily morning and night but cannot say I have seen any difference. There are lots of good reviews and it seems to work for others which is good, however for me due to lack of evidence, lack of communication from the company, and the price - I will not be buying any more products from Heaven by Deborah Mitchell.

I can honestly say that my skin has greatly improved, is clearer and brighter and heaven skincare are the best products I’ve ever used. I no longer get spots on my nose, my pores have almost disappeared and my fine lines and wrinkles have greatly improved. I bought a trial travel miniature set initially and a bible set which I loved before deciding whether to purchase larger sizes. I have also tried the collagen drops for over a month that taste delicious and they have improved my brittle nails! The products are a little pricey but absolutely worth it for the quality and longevity as a little goes a very long way. I’ve received several small tester pots in my orders and they’ve all been lovely. I finally feel happy with my skincare routine and it’s taken me 35 years to find a solution!

Lovely cream which one can use as a mask or as a face cream. I’m doing both. I can feel a difference in my skin already the lines are disappearing around my lips. The packaging is super as well and one can tell a lot of thought ha gone into it. I also purchased little sample bottles of cleanser and eye balm etc all beautifully packaged in a black glossy makeup bag which looks great in my bathroom. I recommend this product

Well i have used other brands which i have had no results with spending a fortune on so when i heard about this product i thought i would give it a try glad i did i have the mask cream which is beautiful on the skin i really do feel a difference as for me i wouldent use any other brand thank you heaven for a wonderfull product that actually works

I heard about the products from a tv appearance which sounded quite impressive! I have bought a few of the products which as yet have not tried so I can't give any feedback. However, the feedback I can give is that although the packaging is quite impressive I'm wondering if this is really necessary as it must put a heavy amount onto the final price? I would much rather pay just for the product without it coming in beautiful packaging which at the end of the day goes in the bin also, not very environmentally friendly!

First purchase 10% discount although you aren’t informed the discount doesn’t apply to all products, I have informed them which was very difficult , but the contact phone number is on PayPal ,so perhaps changes will be made to their web site. Then I couldn’t re log into the site and the reset password emails weren’t arriving , I couldn’t even open another account as they recognised I had an account. With my email but my stored iPad password has never failed on a site perhaps this is the problem but I don’t think so. I also couldn’t close the first account I opened there was no search for that but I probably couldn’t close an account I couldn’t verify, I did try using the chat option to rectify this but after 5 attempts for varying amounts of time on hold of 30 minutes or more I gave up

Lovely dermapeel and pedicure by Charlotte. Always so friendly and makes my trips to heaven a pleasure. So relaxing. Products are great but wish there was something new. Product innovation seems to have come to a stand still whilst other brands are keeping up with new science.
