Goods arrived as ordered, right quality, on time. Nice driver.

Product and price very good. Delivery on the other hand another story. Didn’t turn up on the first arranged day. Was promised next day within a time slot never arrived called numerous times finally turned up very late afternoon. Driver didn’t have a licence to use the picker on the back to unload. So I had to unload 48 packs weighing 20kg onto the drive while the driver unpacked on the back of the lorry

Whilst the product is very good, unfortunately, it was delivered a day later than promised which put my project back by a day. As I had taken holidays to do this work, and as such had limited time, it created a few issues.
