Great product, speedy delivery

Failed delivery on try 1, even though we've had delivery before. Could not get in touch with anyone to find out where it is. Had no proof of delivery. After we contacted every day via email and phone they said it had been delivered, then sent a POD signed by a 'Luke' and there is no Luke in the offices. Have since emailed to say this, no response on emails or phone to replace/refund. Internet sales spoken to were helpful. Guy from sister company dealing with it was very rude on the phone.

Decent price for a decent product. One irritation is that when I called on the day of delivery to find out roughly when the delivery might be, I was told that wasn't possible.

Having trolled the internet looking for the best price, Insulation Express came out by far, the best value for money. I placed my order with them. The delivery arrived on the day I had chosen, two separate deliveries. Excellent service, excellent price. Happy customer. Would use again and would recommend.

Couldn't fault the delivery service, phoned as arranged before delivery, one sheet was damaged (the one on the bottom of the pile !, so it wasn't noticed until the sheets were used) fair prices.
