Delivered on time. Part of the order appeared to be missing. I queried it with the office to be told very bluntly that it was coming straight from their supplier. It would have been nice to have been told this upon ordering. It would also have been nice to have been told it politely. Ah well, you can’t have it all. Other than that I’m happy enough.
