Delivery of insulation boards was scheduled for Friday. Took the day off and waited. Nothing showed up. At around 2pm I've called them and they've reassured me they were coming. On Monday (three days later) the stuff arrived dirty and damaged. I wasn't home so I could not send it back. That's Friday and the weekend wasted...

It would have been 5 stars had the delivery date been confirmed. A phone call from the driver an hour or so before delivery would have been advantageous too. Other than that, I'm very pleased. Nice people to talk to too 😁
