After ordering my insulation from Insulation Express - The delivery came within just 2 days. I have fitted all the insulation in my studio and very pleased with it.

Ordered insulation and they didn't have the make I required in the size I wanted so they sold me another equivalent for the same price. I booked a delivery day a week later to which they never contacted me to confirm, when I called them at 3pm on the due delivery day, after taking the day off work, they told me they didn't have my insulation in stock. To which I requested a full refund after waiting a week and staying in all day for me to contact them to find out is just not good enough. Don't bother with this company.

Delivery was promised for last week, before the bank holiday; goods were ordered the 14th August so that preparations could be made....delivery was then promised for yesterday (Bank holiday Tuesday), today, tomorrow....no phone calls updating us...we have waited in each day....I may have to cancel an appointment tomorrow... schedule is slipping, stress has risen.....not what we thought would happen. Can't comment on quality of product as delivery hasn't happened.

Great value, order arrived with no issue, delivery driver was polite and done his job, I would recommend this company and I will definitely use them again..

Great range of products, quick delivery, cant complain

Ordered insulation. Transport company use an agency driver who doesn't phone us, then reports back the truck cannot reach us. Impossible. We have the largest lorries drive past our house. Rather than re-arrange Insulation Express just cancel our order, leaving us with a builder arriving on-site and all materials except the one we need first. Maybe cheap but seriously don't bother, especially if you are on a schedule
