I was very dissapointed because all the sheets were damaged.I was on a very tight schedule and that was the only reason I did not refuse the order.

Delivery date as promised, light damage but not overly significant - probably unavoidable given the construction of the boards.

DELIVERED A DAY LATER

Ordered very large sheets of acoustic plasterboard. They arrived on time despite the snow and the delivery driver helped to lift them off the forklift and into the hall. The boards were reasonably priced as was delivery. Many thanks.

Courier was terrible. Ignoring the £20 postage cost for a single item (which is a joke, Royal mail would do it for about 10), the item arrived with the packaging completely ripped open and 2 of the slabs damaged. 1 quite substantially. If you're going to charge customers such a high postage cost then you should change couriers. 3 star rather than 1 because 1 star for the actual item price being cheaper than elsewhere and another star for the business actually responding to emails in a somewhat timely manner
