We reported that some of the insulation boards were damaged as the lorry that delivered them had no means of unloading ie mini fork lift. The driver was not very pleased but he said that he would report the damage caused to the boards and he felt sure that we would be refunded for at least some of them as the were not cheap. We spent £2k on the boards and nobody has been in touch to discuss compensation or even to apologise WE ARE STILL WAITING. !!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS.

From my initial enquiry over the phone, ordering online and taking delivery everything went very smoothly. I live down a track and access is difficult, so I left specific instructions for the delivery driver.. These were duly passed to him as requested and hence there were no problems with delivery. Other companies take note as so many times the delivery drivers are unaware of my instructions. This is so important when ordering online.
