The booking process was excellent professionally done by Susan who was very helpful 😀 and answer all my questions. Tickets were sent very fast. I am now looking forward to my holiday in Egypt on the 31st of October.

Spoke with Jackson and he assisted me for best part of 2 hours to try n find me and my family an amazing deal to which he did he got us the hotel that we actually wanted at a very good price and we had an amazing holiday apart from 2 of us getting covid in the last few days but that could of happened at home I would defo recommend johnson holidays and I am currently looking to book another holiday with them at the end of this month thanks Jackson 😊

The service was prompt and efficient. I was advised at every step of the enquiry. I was served by Susan. She was professional and friendly.

So I booked my holiday by clicking on a link through Cheeky Trip. Then it opened a WhatsApp to an advisor called David. David was really helpful throughout this process. I ordered a trip to Tunisia. For 5. David was very accommodating, I told him what I wanted and we got there in the end. Somehow ended up in a different hotel (this one looks better.) I spoke to another agent who David transferred me to this agent kept trying to keep trying to charge me things and listening to me was a bit of an issue as I clearly said all payments out of bank to be on the 27th of each month in line with my payment date. When they were trying to charge me for couple extras I declined and after a short hold they worked their hardest to get me on this holiday. Proudly say I’m going on the 3.12.24 for a week. Couple of issues have arisen though, I have never been sent a confirmation number I get this can be resolved with a phone call. I was sent an email with flights but it was a different airline to the one agreed. I emailed back and this was resolved too. Called to make a payment and I was told I would receive email confirmation I never received an email but payment did go out. So I wouldn’t say this company have been smooth but I have a holiday to look forward to. My only other corner which I have yet to address is baggage. I will call though to resolve matter as it wasn’t discussed on my phone.
