What a trouper... Jacob Hammond went above & beyond to find a holiday to suit my needs.I knew where I wanted to go but it becomes very expensive as a solo traveller. It was my first time booking a solo holiday, and not only that my 1st online holiday on line - I was a little apprehensive making the phone call, however as soon as I spoke to Susan and she started asking me all the relevant questions, I was soon at ease -within five minutes and another phone call I had booked my first holiday in a very long time to Lloret De Mar - the whole process was so easy ☀️😊 Whilst in Lloret De Mar I got chatting to other UK holiday makers and - we of course starting chatting about how we booked to get here - they had - had a ‘nightmare’ so when I told them about my experience - they soon took the details about Johnson Holidays.
