I had the pleasure of dealing with Samuel Richard who booked my holiday with patience when I was unsure of where I wanted to stay. He went through several options with me until we arrived at an excellent location. He was very thorough and checked everything with me at every step, I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

Susan was so patient and helpful especially when my husband decided to join in until I reminded him I have 2 ears but can only answer either Susan or him and she was the one booking the holiday ! She explained everything thoroughly sometimes more than once and seemed quite knowledgeable as we have not been to Turkey before and needed lots of information, she allowed us that time. She was really pleasant thoroughly the call and I'm sure we tested her.
