I left a negative review last month. I can confirm that this has now been dealt with by Sam. Thank you for responding to my situation and I am glad the issue has been successfully resolved. I am now amending my review to 5 stars. UPDATE: Unfortunately Johnson holidays have now stalled and gone back on their agreement. Continually dragging their feet. The holiday was fully paid for and the German company that you deal with went into liquidation. The hotel wanted payment even though this was paid for at the time of booking. Phoning different departments and eventually being promised payment with 21 days. Today your company have proposed vouchers. This is not acceptable and seemingly it now has been passed to another department. Timothy Carl Jones
