Samuel very very helpful really great service

Operative lied and said I could have free hold luggage and then rng me back after I had paid and said sorry it had gone. Now I have arrived at the airport and despite me pressing him on how much cabin luggage I could take and he confirmed 8kg. That was a lie too. Charged £30 for a cabin sized bag weighing 6kg because it was a sun express LIGHT which only allows 4kg and a smaller bag. What a start. With the return flight that will be an extra £60. He is either incompetent or lying. Don't trust what your told if you choose to use this company. I travel every 6 weeks but never again with this company

Paul Smith was excellent 👌. For a last minute holiday, Paul got us the best price and assisted with finding exactly the accommodation we required.
