Dealt with Paul smith what a gem he is he helped us find a perfect hotel to take the grandkids he was so patient with me when booking and he was ever so friendly and gave us so much to choose from

Paul Smith called us today to notify us that the original supplier had gone into liquidation. Managed to rebook us with an alternative supplier to the same hotel despite us being a large group of 16 and hotel showing as full. Thank you Paul for saving our holiday with a fair outcome :)
