Mark was very friendly and efficient. He was working on his own & unpacked everything and put it together. Cleaned away all rubbish and was polite. Very good service!

Mark delivered our furniture today. We had a call to let us know he was 30 minutes away. Even though he was on his own he was able to put the heavy boxes where I wanted them. Very polite and efficient.

Initially after the order it was a bit quiet, but then from the first phone call to the delivery was really good calls and text, the day of the delivery we had a call with an eta, then the guys delivering it was polite and professional.

The communication was first class. I unfortunatley had a set arrive with a bent leg. I contacted customer services and they were straight on it with 3 options. Partial refund, larger "in store credit" or replace the set. I opted for a replacement. Customer service were very apologetic and polite, there was no real need, as these things happen but its always nice to deal with nice people! Plus i knew they would see me right. And they did just that! No hassle, no long wait time. They just got on with resolving the issue. The furniture is of high quality and very comfortable to relax on. Highly recommend this company and as of Oct 23 they have a fabulous sale on clearance items plus another 25% off which makes everything a killer deal!! No need to look further ...use this company for your exterior furnishings!!!
