Great service from Sam C & John D - delivered on time with no fuss and on time as well as getting advance notice of an exact time an hour before delivery. Full, clear explanation of the Moda Furnishings warranty and how to look after the furniture.

Good communication regarding delivery including a phone call to left me know when they expected to be at my place. The 2 delivery guys (Sam & John) were very polite, helpful and gave me some good tips regarding the assembly of my fire pit table.

Absolutley brilliant from start to finish . Our house move date was changed so they stored our furniture for longer . Delivery was spot on! Mark and Christina were fabulous (even indulging our daft dog!) and we’re fast , tidy and super friendly ! Highly recommended!

Mark and Sam delivered our garden furniture today. They kept us fully informed about the delivery timing and took the trouble to explain the assembly instructions. Very helpful; excellent customer service; highly recommended.

Company has gone bust, changed its name from Moda Furnishing Limited to Moda Furnishing and then ceased trading on all previous orders, warranties and issues. Horror story delivered items in July with 7 year warranty and in September with faulty products and no warranty, yet they are still selling to new customers. Thieves, scammers and con people.
