We ordered on Sunday 13th August 2023 and received on 24th August 2023. In the Trafford store, Wado was really helpful explaining the differences between the ranges and the different options, he also explained about the firm going through administration but that our order wouldn't have any issues. We paid by credit card just in case but the whole experience was very smooth. Sam C and Ryan S delivered and were very courteous, carrying everything carefully through to where we wanted in the back garden.

Marc S and Sam C delivered and assembled Corner Garden sofa , table and stools they were both professional, informative and friendly and polite .

Excellent ordering and delivery, great delivery guys. One tiny issue is the furniture cover we ordered not quite tailor made! Understandably it is also large enough for the large dining set, which makes a little difficult to fit neatly, not sure what the toggles and draw strings and strap are used for. I’m sure we will work it out with practice, some guidelines would have been useful.

Can’t really rate the furniture as the table didn’t turn up but the guys mark and Ryan who delivered it we great at spotting the wrong table had been sent. Just waiting for someone to contact me about the missing table…….
