This company has gone into administration and the fire pit table I paid £3,500 for, which was only delivered 2 months ago, has stopped working! I rang yesterday to explain that the fire pit wasn’t working and I was told that as the company have gone into administration and a new company has taken over, all warranties have been cancelled and there is nothing they can do to help. I also ordered (and paid for) a table cover for this set, which was out of stock at the time I placed the order. It was due to arrive in late August, and I was informed yesterday that my order has been cancelled and I won’t be getting the cover! Please do not spend your money with this company!

We went into the Moda Furnishings store for a browse after finding the company online. We went in not expecting to buy anything as we were unsure of what we were looking for. However we did purchase from this store for several reasons. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival; offering us a hot drink if we wanted one, helped us around the store and giving us reliable information. Woda who is a worker in Moda Furnishing - Manchester, was very assisting with our needs; answering questions that we had, showing us diffenert options in store as well as online. He was able to find us samples of things we needed, but most importantly he was patient while we made our decisons. Woda was a great help in giving us positive and factual information that would suit us. The items in store are at an afforadble price to, which gave us the opportunity to purchase within our budget.

This company has now gone into administration and taken over by another. All warranties and monies paid will not be honoured. Basically you’ve lost out. The rattan woven material does not last, it cracks and breaks. This will happen after a period of 3 years if left outside whilst still using their purpose made covers. The material they use is inferior to other cheaper furnishings used by other companies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..
