I placed the order on March 25, 2023. It said it would take 10 business days to ship out and then it would be two day shipping. I still have not received my ring and it is April 16..

I purchased a ring from this company several years ago. It was sold as 14K white gold with CZ all around, paid $500 for it. Very pretty ring. Last week, I went to the jeweler to inspect several of my rings, including this one. Guess what - it was NOT white gold!! Likely silver! Unbelievable. I feel like a fool trusting this company. Do not buy if you cannot verify that what they sell you is true. Updated to add in reply to the company: yes, purchased in 2013. White gold 10 years ago should still be white gold today.
