Pending an exchange returned original ring and no follow up yet its been 2 weeks, very hard to get a hold of by phone. And Email seems be one sales person who responds so I think are over whelmed. Had much better experience last time purchased from them. Will update if changes.

Spectacular! I will be purchasing from you again. The ring was utterly the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have ever seen. I’ve been inside many jewelry stores and they don’t have stones nearly as big and spectacular as the ones you get from this site. The only thing I would have liked that wasn’t done was before they shipped my ring I would have liked to know that they require a signature upon delivery. I would have asked them to remove or waive the signature upon delivery. But otherwise it was a great experience.
